Tonic are recruiting a Head of Sales for a world-class bar & restaurant group. You will be responsible for devising & leading the sales activity for this fantastic group, ensuring that the venue is at the forefront of corporates & agency thoughts. You must have a strong background in proactive sales with a history of success and understanding of the corporate sector. 

Essential qualities for the Head of Sales applicants to be considered:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as head of sales/senior sales within a fast-paced and dynamic bar/restaurant group
• Experience within high-end properties is essential
• An expert knowledge/passion for high-end hospitality
• A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
