Tonic are recruiting a Hospitality Sous Chef for our clients’ premium B&I contract catering operation in London. You will create and deliver fresh, on-trend menus, including light bites, canapes, buffets and fine dining events. You must have experience in delivering hospitality to the highest level.

Essential qualities for Hospitality Sous Chef applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as Sous Chef within B&I contract catering
  • Experience within fine dining restaurants is essential
  • A real team leader who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
  • Good length of service and loyalty must be shown throughout your CV
