Tonic are looking a Hospitality Sous Chef to join our clients’ premium B&I contract catering operation in London. You will create fresh, on-trend menu choices for hospitality, offering light bites, canapes, buffets and fine dining events. You must have a passion for creating menus, plus experience in delivering hospitality to a high standard.

Essential qualities for Hospitality Sous Chef applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as Sous Chef within B&I contract catering
  • Experience within fine dining restaurants is essential
  • A real team leader who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
  • Good length of service and loyalty must be shown throughout your CV
