Tonic are looking for an Operations Manager to join our client’s beautiful, award-winning hotel. As Operations Manager, you will be joining a much-loved hotel that is part of a stunning collection of properties. Supporting and deputising for the GM you will oversee all F&B, C&B and front-of-house operations across the estate.

Essential qualities for the Operations Manager applicants to be considered:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations
• Clear stable progression and loyalty must be shown on your CV
• Experience within a 4 star+ hotel operation is desirable
• A real team player, who enjoys supporting others around them
