Operations Manager North or South – High Volume Venues – £55,000 – £65,000 plus 20% bonus

We’re looking for a Multi-Site Operations Manager to help keep everything running smoothly and take things to the next level. You’ll be on the road visiting sites, supporting managers, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile – while keeping an eye on the numbers, the team, and the rules that keep the business safe and compliant.

This is a hands-on role – you won’t just sit in an office. You’ll be in the thick of it, leading from the front, and driving results across sales, standards, and service.
