Tonic are excited to partner with a market-leading contract caterer within the Education sector. As Operations Manager, you’ll join a growing region with a strong focus on food, people, and service. You’ll need solid Operations management experience within education, healthcare, and/or B&I contracts, with clear evidence of overseeing 10+ sites.

What we are looking for in Operations Manager applicants:

• A good track record within education, B&I or healthcare catering
• Experience managing multiple sites (10+)
• Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
• A collaborative, positive and engaging personality
• A genuine passion for food and sustainability
• Fantastic people management skills – someone who inspires those around them
• Enhanced DBS
• Full Uk Driving License
