Tonic are searching for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our client’s outstanding education contract in Oxford. The main kitchen feeds both students and staff, along with hospitality events.

Desirable qualities in Pastry chef de partie applicants at this level

• Two or more year’s experience as a Pastry Chef
• Drive, ambition and commitment to your career
• Clear, stable progression and loyalty to previous employers must be shown on your CV
• Fine dining experience is highly desirable
• A team player who enjoys developing their team
• Managing Food Safety – Level 3 qualification
