As Sous Chef you will help to lead a professional and passionate brigade to provide high-quality fresh food within a fine dining restaurant. As sous chef, you will be working with a beautiful hotel consisting of luxurious bedrooms, a fine dining restaurant with private dining, and landscaped gardens. This truly is a high-end retreat. The ideal Sous Chef will be hands-on, a team player, and a true leader to the kitchen team on site.

Essential qualities for Sous Chef applicants to be considered:
