Tonic are pleased to partner with our client to recruit a Sous Chef for their high-profile B&I contract catering operation in Solihull. You’ll create innovative menu choices covering breakfast, lunch and light bites throughout the day, alongside fresh, high-quality food for both staff dining and hospitality events. This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef who wants structured hours most of the week without losing the fine-dining edge.

What are we looking for from Sous Chef candidates?

• Experience as a Sous Chef within B&I contract catering is desirable
• A background in fine dining, good quality restaurants, minimum 2 rosette standard, is essential
• A real team leader who enjoys motivating and developing others
• Good length of service and loyalty shown throughout your CV
