Tonic are recruiting for a Head Chef to join our client’s high quality, fresh food Gastro Pub in Solihull. The menu offers modern, casual dining with a real focus on quality. You’ll need experience within high-volume restaurants, managing teams and overseeing busy services. As Head Chef you’ll be the heartbeat of the kitchen, supporting, training and developing the junior chefs.
