Tonic are excited to be recruiting for our client, a prestigious B&I contract catering company in the City of London. As Head Chef, you’ll have full autonomy over the daily kitchen operation, leading a talented brigade of 10 and crafting exciting, innovative menus for both retail and hospitality.

Essential qualities for Head Chef applicants to be considered:

• A minimum of 2 years of Retail and Hospitality experience at Head Chef level
• Experience within fine dining restaurants is highly desirable
• Expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends and flavours
• A real team leader who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
