Tonic are recruiting for a Sales Manager for a well-established, high-quality, luxury hotel that continues to go from strength to strength. We require an experienced Sales Manager who has a strong history of inspiring a Reservations and Guest Experience team to ultimately ensure maximum conversion of inquiries for this stunning property. You will ensure that guest experience is a key focus throughout the booking and inquiry process and deliver “best in class” customer experience.
